Master Chef
Patrick has been in the hospitality industry for 16 years working in all sectors of the industry, contract catering, care homes, hospitals, hotels and restaurants
His Mother and Father are both from Jamaica so he has been around Caribbean cuisine all his life, from the age of 5 or 6 years old he used to help his Mother prepare and cook most of the traditional dishes from the Caribbean.
